Our First Book: You’re Great Enough

We’re super excited to share some big news with our readers. We have just published our first publicly available book on Amazon, it's called

You're Not Good Enough, You're Great Enough
Solving Impostor Syndrome and Overcoming the Insecurities That Hold Us Back

This was the theme of last March's Wise Humanity retreat in Morocco. We created such powerful content for that retreat and the participants appreciated and used it so much that we decided to expand it further and turn it into a published book.

The challenge of insecurities and self-doubt is so ubiquitous that it was the subject of several of our blogs already:

… to name just a few.

And then it felt appropriate to run a whole 4-day retreat around it and, with that experience in our hearts and on our minds, to publish a book about it.

Specifically for a book reader, we designed 11 practical exercises to understand and overcome insecurities holding us back and create empowering habits to break through our self-limiting beliefs.

We firmly believe that true transformation comes through practice. It's the actions you take that reshape your life. This book offers a practical path to understand, accept, and transcend feelings of inadequacy, the fear of being seen as a fraud, and other insecurities that hold you back.

Here's the link to buy the book on different Amazon marketplaces:

We hope you’ll enjoy it and boost your self-awareness, expand your toolkit for managing fear, self-judgment, and impostor syndrome, and learn to embrace both your strengths and challenges.

Here’s a sneak preview of the seven mental obstacles you’ll work on through this book and the exercises in it (you can have another sneak preview on Amazon):

  1. Holding often inhumane expectations of ourselves

  2. Feeling alone against the world

  3. The need to have everything under control

  4. Measuring our personal worth by the outcomes of our projects

  5. Comparing ourselves to others (and belittling ourselves)

  6. Lack of self-compassion

  7. Perfectionism

And if you're interested for your workplace, we run half-day or multi-day workshops around the content of this book. We're actually launching the book officially at a workshop for businesswomen organised by an Italian bank in Milan on Friday.
